SMASH ROOM RULES

  • Must wear protective gear at all times.

  • Make sure your arms, legs, and feet covered at all times. (No open-toed shoes)

  • Do not hit the walls, speakers, or cameras with the tools.

  • Only smash items toward designated wall and floor.

  • Watch and be aware of where you swing.

  • Do not hit others with your tool or throw items at others.

  • Do not hit the barrel with the tools.

  • Do not hit boxing bag with tools. Gloves are available to rent for $2.

Splatter ROOM RULES

  • Wear goggles at all times.

  • No running. Floor can become slippery.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to appointment time. Cancellations can receive a 75% refund, if cancelled prior to the 24 hour time frame. No-call, no-shows will forfeit the appointment time, and no rescheduling or refund will be issued. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to get dressed in the protective gear. Late arrivals will have their experience time cut after 15 minutes past the appointment time and could forfeit their appointment with no refunds.

CLIENT WAIVER FORMS

Please make sure that all members of your party have completed the waiver separately before your scheduled session. If the waiver is not completed by individual members in the party they will not be permitted to enter your booked room.

 FAQs

  • Please do not be late! Have all members of your party arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We have implemented this time into each experience to allow participants time to check-in and get suited up in protective gear. Late arrivals will have their experience time cut after 15 minutes past the appointment time and could forfeit their appointment with no refunds. No call, no shows will not be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Smash Room – strictly for ages 14+. Ages 14-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, 18 years or older.

    Splatter Room – recommended for all ages. Ages 0-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, 18 years or older. Please consider the age of all children attending your appointment. We would love for parents to experience a controlled paint splash experience with their little ones, but would hate for injury to take place.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Parents do not have to participate. As long as you are present, that is great!

  • For Smash Room experiences, please arrive in closed-toe shoes (preferably ones with HARD SOLES!) come in long sleeves, long pants, and closed toe shoes. This is for your safety!

    For Splatter Room experiences, you are welcome to dress in clothes and shoes that you don’t mind getting messy in. We also have coveralls, goggles, and shoe covers available. Add-ons are also available in our lobby. Bring a credit card, in case you want to add on the boxing bag or splatter enhancers.

  • We highly recommend AGAINST participating in our Smash Room experience if you are pregnant or think that you may be pregnant. We would be devastated if too much exertion or a freak accident put you and/or your baby at risk. Although you will be signing a waiver, we cannot deny you service, however we strongly suggest a safer option like the Splatter Room.

  • Yes, it is a water-based, that will wash off of hair, skin and clothes – and it’s non-toxic. We have all of the water, soap, and paper towels you will need clean your hands after your experience. The paint may stain your clothes. It is recommended to soak or wash your clothes within 24 hours to help prevent any lingering color from setting in.

  • To keep the color in your clothes we recommend LOCTITE High Performance 200 adhesive. Let the fabric fully dry before spraying; then spray and allow 24 hours to cure. You can purchase LOCTITE at Lowe’s, Home Depot, Wal-Mart or Amazon.

  • Of course! Take all the pics and videos you want, in each area of our facility. Be sure to tag us – @smashandsplatterit731 on all social media. You could be featured in one of our ads!

  • No, all appointments are private and you will only be with the people you brought with you.
